We felt like sharing this new journey to let other know that God is with us especially through the difficult times. Our life has been blessed with so many miracles than it is impossible for us not to trust in our Lord with our whole heart. July 2012, Jim was diagnosed with liver cancer. What is that about? This is not suppose to happen to us, we have plans. As if, others asked for it. The first stage of the cancer journey was to get approved for a liver transplant. A week of classes and every kind of medical test imageable, then waiting for approval. We get the news that he is approved. That has mixed feeling, of good he qualifies, next oh no someone will have to die, what about life afterwards. He starts and continues his cancers treatment and works full time. We believe that "all things work together for good for those who are called..." Then he gets placed on hold for a transplant. Well humm. So, I pray mad fast. I believe that I need to pray for the person and their family that will donate the liver. That's a hard thing to wrap your mind around. But I pray that the person will come to know God, and be a born again believer. I pray for the family peace and they see how God's mighty hand is at work. Each time I pray for Jim I pray for the person to donate their liver. Time marches on.   New treatment which is hard on liver. More cancer, now off list. I still pray for donors and family. I still believe Jim will be healed. We stand firm that every promise in the Bible is true, that By the stripes of Jesus we were healed. Jim is now not working. He has a massive infection and in hospital. We trust in the Jesus and all the ways He works. We will see His mighty answer each and every day.
